Kenneth Mack (also known as Coach Mack) is a former international boxer, two-time Golden Gloves champion, and certified USA Boxing coach.
Coach Mack fought in the 1989 New York Golden Gloves boxing competition, defeating opponents all the way to the finals and winning silver gloves in the novice class.
The next year, Kenneth made it to the finals again in the 1999 New York Golden Gloves, winning silver gloves, this time in the more difficult open class.
With over 75 fights on his record and experience in wrestling, Wing Chun (Chinese boxing), and other martial arts, Coach Mack draws on his diverse knowledge to train others who have gone on to be Golden Gloves champions as well.
Coach Mack's core beliefs are that technique equals power, cross training in sports makes you a better athlete, and the lessons learned inside the boxing ring will help you overcome challenges outside the ring.
